Just quit working - deleted old cameras - upgraded Mac - still not working

My ArloQ won't sync. I unplugged it to move it elsewhere and it wouldn't sync up again. I removed the device in the app in order to reinstall using the app and QR code screen. I disabled the 5Ghz band on my router to do it but that didn't work either.
Does anyone have any ideas? Please

I got mine working by going to devices and removing then reinstalling on the app then turning off my mobile data on my phone and factory reset the Arlo Q using a paperclip.
Then on the app followed the instructions to install a new camera.
