Arlo Q won't sync. Orange light stays solid and won't flash blue

  • I'm trying to connect my Arlo Q to wifi
  • I've factory reset the camera and updated the ios app
  • The light is solid amber/orange but won't flash blue when I hold the sync button down as instructed
  • After a minute or so the amber light flashes a few times and the camera powers down
  • I'm also running an Arlo doorbell which works just fine.
