We tried to move the camera and now it won't reinstall. We've tried every fix listed. After the chime It makes a 3 note reject type sound at the end of the process.

Did you also reset the camera by holding the reset button until the camera clicks? Moving the camera doesn't require that you need to set it up again unless you removed it from your account or reset it. Depending on exactly what you did, you could have used the WiFi Network setting in the camera settings to change to a different network/SSID.
