Unit will not reboot or sync. Light stay solid amber.

Hi Rtran15,

 

If your Arlo Q is showing a solid amber only, it sounds like the camera may be stuck on boot up. Try to unplug and wait a minute to re-plug back in to power outlet to see if that helps.

No luck. I’ve unplugged it for an entire night and still get the solid amber light? Pretty disappointed as I’ve only had the unit over 16 months

I did contact the support team on Friday 10/4, and was provided with a case number.  Karen one of their Support Experts had me go through the typical new setup protocol, but the unit still remained frozen.  I have since left 2 additional messages to their support team, and have yet to receive any additional response which is pretty disappointing.
