Arlo Q won't live stream

I have two cameras set up and until now have had no problem viewing the live stream. But yesterday I got the message "Maximum of five camera streams are supported" and advising me to stop one stream before starting another.   I am confused since I only have the two cameras streaming on my one laptop. Advice?

Try logging out and back in. Try both the app and a computer browser. For the app, try both WiFi and cell service.
