Purchased the Arlo Q as it had great ratings.  During attempting to setup, the device chimes with the QR code, but never connects.  I'm using a Linksys router and trying to connect to the "Guest" network.

Is this even possible?

Yes. Is your device also connected to the Guest network? It would be segmented from the rest of the network, I believe, so make sure you're connected, too. Once set up it won't matter which network it's connected to.

Yes.  I've tired multiple iPhones and another iPad.  My router shows that these devices are on the 'guest' network, but the ARLO does not receive an IP address.  From what I've found, the Linksys guest network requires the client to visit a webpage before accessing the internet.  The ARLO is obviously not able to complete that part. Back to the store for another Wireless router, maybe a NETGEAR will be more compatible.....

Thank you.

Or just don't use the guest network. Use the main one. Is there a reason you don't want to do that?
