Arlo Q won't connect. Spends a while on "Discovering your device"

Followed the setup instructions.  It sees the QR code and chimes, then it spends a while "Discovering you device" and then the Arlo Q unit makes a noise and the light turns amber again.  The app says it can't connect.

Have you attempted to do so via web instead of app.
