Arlo Q wired constantly disconnect and reconnecting - mostly disconnected

Have 2 Arlo Qs, each reside in different States yet both are going off line at the same time and after an hour or so will reset for a few minutes and then go offline again. Appears to be a software thing - anyone have any ideas?
I went thru the web to the Support which doesn't appear to exist for Arlo as I was #4 in line before 5pm, number 1 at 6 and disconnected my PC from their "support" option after 7:30.

Have you tried rebooting them? What happens if you use both the app and web client when the problem occurs?

yes, I did reboot my local unit but have not tried the web client. Will check on that later today and provide feedback - thank you for the suggestions.

Web client has not showed any drops of connections form what I can tell. The web client does time out after a short bit but numerous logins have been successful. Maybe i'll reinstall phone app. Thanks again.
