I am having trouble connecting my Arlo Q camera. I accidentally logged out of the app and when I logged in again, the camera was gone. I went to set up and restart the camera… After scanning the QR code I hear the chime, but the camera is not discovered.
- I tried it with the iOS and web with my iPad and iPhone.
- I reinstalled the App on iOS, logged out, logged in many times.
- I reset the camera with the reset button over and over
- The camera is close to the router and shows excellent signal
- It is connected in the wifi controller app.
- It has been working until I accidentally logged out a few weeks ago.
-support is ZERO help since it cannot locate my device.
-there is no one to call or email about this issue.
HELPPPP. Can someone help me fix this issue? This is ridiculous. It’s been a month and I still cannot connect.

Have you tried over a laptop or pc using a web browser? Have you factory reset the camera by pressing in the pinhole for 10-15 seconds?
