Arlo Q will not Sync to base

I have had the system for about a year. The outside battery cameras are working fine. But my two inside cameras (plug in electrical wall outlet type) went off line and I am having trouble syncing them. I held the button on the base station 2 seconds til it starts flashing and the held the sync button on the Arlo Q down for 2 seconds. It flashes slow blue and after a few minutes times out to orange. Any suggestions?

The Arlo Q cameras DO NOT sync to the base..they connect to your home wifi system directly.
Reset the Q cameras by holding in the reset button for 10 secs till the front led flashes....
Bring the Q back by sybcing it to your home wifi by going to the LIVE VIEW screen and use the ADD DEVICE button ( bottom of page ) using Q cam as your choice
Morse is faster than texting!
