Arlo Q switches from schedule to armed on it's own....

My Arlo Q switches from schedule to armed on it's own. It has been doing this a lot lately. I will get alerts when I shouldn't so I check it's status and it's armed but I had it set to schedule. So I turn it back and the next day it happens again. Anyone have a solution for this?

Is Armed part of the schedule? If it is, check your schedule settings. The mode tab display will show you the scheduled mode eg if you have the cameras armed at night and disarmed during the day and it's night time, the mode tab will show you the mode but with a clock to the left.

If this isn't working as it should, consider other things could be changing the mode. Do you use smartthings by any chance?

Easy thing to try first is to restart the Q ....in settings.

If that does not work, you may have to remove it and bring it back as new under Remove Device
