Hi,

For about 6 days now I have received no email "motion" notifactions.

The previous fix for this was to move the camera to "inactive" on the Arlo Smart page.

But this has not solved the issue this time.

What should I do please.

I've worked out how to solve this myself!

 

1. Go to MODES

2. Click on each camera

3. Click on Armed and >

4. In the "Rules" section click "Edit"

5. In the "And do the following" section at the bottom, click "send email alert"

I am now getting notifcations again.

Hi UK_PEET,

 

Have you tried testing by also sending an email alert to a different email address to see if that works? You can read here to see how you can troubleshoot with not receiving Arlo email alerts: Why am I not getting Arlo email alerts?
