Arlo Q sound issues on CVR and live view

I have two Arlo Q cameras with CVR.  The sound rarely works. When i try to review footage on the app and online the CVR feed will only have audio for an hour or two at most for the entire day. Going back to other days in the cloud service and it is hit of miss for having the audio on top of not having anywhere from an hour or two of footage that is missing, usually from 1:00 pm to 2:00pm. Tried a variety of methods to fix the issues, from shutting the device on and off through the app, power cycling the devices, checking for firmware updates, moving the cameras physically, changing cables, changing outlets. I even went as far as trying different cell phone service with a new phone along with ISP and computer without seeing better results.
