Still occurring after reset of device.

That's the IR filter that's stuck. You can try removing power and tapping the camera on your hand to see if that helps. Some have even suggested a strong magnet to get the filter to move but I have never tried that.

pink video means the nightvision IR filter is stuck.

Not sure this will work, but I suggest doing a full camera reset.
