Having a hard time reaching customer support. Bought Arlo Q when they first came out. Worked fine for a year, then went pink. Replacement unit was pixelated. 2nd replacement unit now going bad (cloudy picture at night, pixelated by day)
Have tried calling but cant get through. Tried emailing but when I enter SN in support page the response is "Thanks! We are ready to help you!"
and the only option from there is a "back" button to start over.
Any suggestions before I throw this thing in the trash?
