Hi
I have a set of Arlo Q cqmeras on one network.
I tried to ass Arlo Ultra cameras (which are on a different network) using the phone app.
The base station was recognised but not the cameras.
However I also found that the app automatically added the Arlo Q cameras to the payable service.
So now I have my Arlo Q cameras on the paying premium service (which I did not want), and I also am unable to connect the Ultra cameras.
Do cameras on different networks therefore need seperate applications ?
Can anyone help me sort the mess please ?
Many thanks

Hey parmnreed,
Could you clarify what "payable service" you're referring to? Are you talking about the Arlo Smart subscription? And where is the error occurring when you're trying to add your Arlo Ultra cameras? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
