Arlo Q not recognized in app but on wifi

I see many posts similar to this but I’m unable to find a solution- I moved and cameras were in storage. I have 3 Arlo Q- they connect to my Wi-Fi but aren’t able to be recognized in the app. I have reset and retried 10+ times. Please help!

In NG in the app, take a try on the web access with a browser (  my.arlo.com  )
