Dear all,

I am having trouble connecting my Arlo Q camera. After scanning the QR code I hear the chime, but the camera is not discovered.

- I tried it with the iOS and web App on several devices.
- I reinstalled the App on iOS, logged out, logged in…
- I reset the camera with the reset button.
- The camera is close to an access point and shows excellent signal.
- It appears as connected in the wifi controller app.
- It has been working until the end of September.

Is there anything I miss?

Are you still having issues with connecting your Arlo Q camera to your account?

I am having the same problem.  I walk through the setup process and hear the chime.  I get the chime, but the app is not "finding" the camera.

 

I am doing everything that you request.  Also, I am running NetGear Nighthawk x10.  I verified that "Access Control" is turned OFF.

so far I could not manage to add the camera to my account. I am in contact with your support-team now. I will let you know if we find a solution.
