Arlo Q does not connect

Worked fine through multiple relocates in home.

Moves to condo where I need it and does not connect.

Stays slow blue blinking.

Shows in the router client list as connected

Tried 2.5 and 5G

Tried VERY simple password and even open guest account

Tried factory reset

Just never discovers the camera

Moved it back to the home where it had worded fine and does not discover there either

Again shows up in the router client list

Two different router manufacturers too; one Netgear
