Arlo Q disconnecting from Airport express

Hi,

 

I recently got an Arlo Q for the top floor of my house. I currently run Time Capsule downstairs with a Airport Express Upstairs. When I sync my camera it has full signal but after a while I can't access the camera : it says its offline. I even created a seperate 5 ghz wifi only for arlo and still the same while the airport express is working normal. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Temporarily move the camera to another location to see if the issue remains.  It may be a bad camera or an issue with the location.
