One of my Arlo Q cameras is not discovered. The light is a constant blue. I found the reset and used a small paper clip to push the button but nothing happens. The light stays a constant blue. I did this while plugged in to power as well as when not plugged in. Is there some sequence that is required?

No sequence needed but you do need to press the reset button until the LED flashes amber before releasing.

I press and hold it in until I hear a "click"
