Arlo Q camera sends notifications but does not record video

Camera just stopped recording videos 3 days ago but I still get motion alerts.

Thank you.  I called customer support and they found a setting in the app to record video, that somehow was turned off.  It's working fine now.

Hey v_p,

 

Make sure your library does not have any filter on and check on the web client on your computer to see if you can see the video. And are you using a custom mode or using the default armed mode? If you're using a custom mode, try testing using the default armed mode to see if you're receiving any recording after it detects motion.
