BT are sending me a new router. Do I have to ' Reset' my Arlo Q cameras to get them to work with it? If so, do I use a pin in the reset hole? Or can I just type in the new router name and password?

if changing routers, I have used the same SSID and password , and the Q joined the wifi when the new router started up....
If not you can alway REMOVE the device and bring back as new with a different SSID/PW to the new router OR even do a reset if you want...( yes use the reset hole with a paperclip )
It's always best to do the easiest thing first.
