Arlo Q camera have wifi connection but no library/recording. Wireless/audio/other one shows gray?

I have wireless service confirmation and live video but no recordings or library. All three icon: for wireless , audio and the other one(?) are gray. Don't know if that is correct.

Rebooot the phone and reinstall the app. Also try the web client. A power cycle of the camera may also be useful.
