Arlo Q bottom of my videos got dark

Why has the bottom of my videos suddenly gone dark therefore illegible.

I have not moved this camera which has been working just fine since I set it up 2 wks ago.

 

How do I get my crystal clear videos back?

Is there something wrong now with this camera?

Have you power cycled it by unplugging?
