The Arlo Q was droppped on the floor.
I am trying to connect it because it paowers up and blinks amber then blue when I sync but it can't find any arlo devices to connect.
My question is could the fall (about 5 feet) have destroyed the wifi connector?
How can I confirm this before I buy a new one?

About allyou can try is to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices as well as to press the camera reset button until the camera (hopefully) clicks and flashes amber. Once it reboots, try syncing it again normally. If that doesn't work, you can try contacting support and see what they say:
