Spectrum installed a new modem. I can seem to get the system to connect to the nee modem. It asks for password but not name of wifi. Help I husted wasted my day!

Do you have a screenshot you can provide? have you tried the Web Portal & Arlo Mobile App?

I have been using the mobile app since I first got my camera Since we change the Wi-Fi provider in Florida where the camera resides I am in California I have been on able to reestablish my link with the camera
