Hi, I moved to a new home and brought my two arlo's pro and two q cameras with me to the new house. I was able to set up the two pro cameras, and they are working fine. However, I have not been able to sync the 2 q indoor cameras. I reset the base, reset the cameras, I'm able to get to the point where the q cameras are able to read the bar code and chime, but after that i can complete the sync. Any suggestions?

The base has no bearing on a Q camera which connects only to your WiFi.

However, you mention "resetting" your base and cameras which leads me to believe you only rebooted/power-cycled them and didn't actually perform a reset but holding the reset button on the cameras until the camera clicked and the LED started flashing amber. Try that first. Be sure to also remove the cameras from your account.

Too late now but if you use the same SSID and password in the new house, the cameras should have found the WiFi and started working automatically. It would be like having a power outage as far as the cameras and your account is concerned.
