My 7 month old Arlo Q suddenly went offline. Now the light is indicating solid amber. Tried to press the reset button for more than 10 seconds several times, bit nothing happens. Tried also to press the sync button and reset button simultaneously for more than 10 seconds, but nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Since you held the reset button, also remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and try to connect again. You may also want to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for possible hardware problems.
