I'm having the exact same issue as this, but no base station.

I have 3 Arlo Q units. A week or so ago, two began showing up offline, with no ability to access live video, but still record video and send alerts when triggered. The third unit was working fine.
Then a few days ago, the third one began having the same behavior and the other two that were showing offline began working fine.

Have you tried to reboot or remove & re add these cameras?

That is what I would do if they were in the same location as I am. The problem is that I'm using them to remotely monitor another home, which is far away.
