Arlo Q Solid amber light

I bought a Arlo Q and as soon I plug it in, it stays solid amber. I hold reset for 30 seconds+ and nothing happens. Unplugging it and replugging and even leaving it unplugged for a bit does nothing. I know it is functioning because it did blink amber at one point and time but now it refuses. Help!

If you are holding down the reset button for more than 10 seconds and the amber light does not start flashing, you probably have a defective device. In my Google searches I have found no other solutions for this. Contact Customer Support at the green banner near the bottom of this page.
