Arlo Q Push to Talk Not Working Using T-Mobile

I have been trying to get a problem resolved for since July 27 I posted the issue to Arlo (see below). The push to talk function does not work using Iphone 7 Plus and T-Mobile as a service provider. Arlo is promoting a product with a feature that does not work. I can not return the camera to the store where I bought it so I am stuck with a product that does not work as advertised. I am really considering filing a complaint against them and I see that many other people are having the same issue. Any suggestions from the community?

I am having a problem with 2 way talking. If I talk on my phone I can not hear the sound coming through the camera but it records what I say and plays back what I say. In other words I can not talk to someone at my house because they can not hear me.

A fix for this went out recently that should resolve issues with the push to talk feature when using a T-Mobile device on a data connection. Please let me know if you continue experiencing any issues.

This issue is specific to T-Mobile devices. Engineering is still working to resolve the issue. I will provide an update as soon as I know more.

So where is this fix?  I have T Mobile and have same issue

Works for me now via cellular. You check if you have all current App updates? Firmware on cameras update? Power cycle your phone and try again.
