Arlo Q-New unit would not download FW, now won't boot

New unit....tried to update firmware and it never completed.  Now it wont boot even after reset and leaving plugged in over night.  any suggestions?

How did you reset? Try 2 things - remove it from Settings, My Devices as well as holding the reset button for 60 seconds.

thanks...I had tried that.  It actually showed up and didn't complete updating and lost contact with router.  I removed everything as you suggested, then it hasn't booted back up.  Thanks for suggesting.
