Arlo Q Manual Record Option Is Missing

Manual record is missing from iOS app on both XS Max and 6S.

The option is present on all Arlo Wire free and Arlo Pro wire free.

The option is present on the web portal as well.

We need to be able to force recordings.

The latest 12.1.3 didn’t change anything. Screenshots attached. One is with Wireless Arlo showing record option. The other is showing Arlo Q missing the option.

Through troubleshoot I am finding it is working correctly on my wife’s iPhone for manual recordings on Arlo Q.

The Arlo Q on my phone are both shared devices from her account to me. I do have admin access. Audio works correctly along with mic. No manual recording. See screenshot from her account showing my admin access.
