My firmware is 1.8.3.0_9926.
After firmware upgrade, I find that the videos in my library are not saved on cloud for 7 free storage days and the vidoes on the same day are automatically removed from my library.
What is going on and how to solve this?

Do you notice the same behavior when viewing your library from a browser? Also be sure you do not have a library filter set, effectively hiding the videos.

The IOS app has been a bit glitchy since released on 12-22. If possible take a look via another device like PC and check if videos still there.
Also , put in a trouble report to Netgear Support... more notices, faster fixes. good luck

Sounds like something got gliched from the FW update...
Check your FW on cams and base to make sure they are new
Power button reboot the base
If above fails, you may have to RESET your base and start as new
