Arlo Q Audio Doesn't Work

Using the web portal, audio doesn't work.  Also a good 3-4 second delay in video.  Any thoughts.  I have put this on my phone yet.

Is the Arlo Q up to date on the latest firmware? Which web browser are you using, can you try google chrome? What are the speeds of your ISP? Do you get the same result if you use your Arlo Mobile App?

I a similar issue. I get an alert that sound is detected, but do not get any sound on playback. Using the IOS app (updated); Safari, Google, and Edge. Makes no difference.

What OS is your iphone using? Do you experience this issue on the web portal as well?

IOS 12.1.2

 

I get the same issue with a mac using safari and with a PC using chrome or Edge.

Is this all from your Phone? Does the web portal work on your computer?

No. Both phone and two different computers. One a mac, the other a Dell. Tried three different browsers. I can go live and hear, just no sound on playback after an alert.
