Arlo Q 4-5 second delay, & and I lost the voice capability

I have 5 cameras in total. 4 basic wireless, & the one Arlo Q with voice capability. I noticed the Q had a slight 4-5 second delay, & and I lost the voice capability. I tried unplugging camera, but same result. I unplugged base unit from power and router for 30 seconds. When I plugged back in I only have Q camera, still no Mic capability, and 4 other wireless cameras now all say "offline".

The base station has no interaction with Arlo Q. What is indicating you have lost voice capability, do you still have the microphone option when live streaming the Arlo Q?
