Arlo Model Q Will Not Sync To WIFI

I can't get a second camera (arloq) to sync to the wifi. The chime sounds but then amber light starts flashing.

Have you tried to install the Arlo Q with a computer?

I tried setup with my computer but still not able to connect to Arlo device , Did try Factory reset as well but no luck
