greetings, i have a 2 alro q cams set up, one in the garage and one in the living room. i have my wife added to permissions with full access (her phone has given arlo location privileges). my goal is to have video recordings at all times, but to only send alerts when neither of us are home. i have geofencing active with armed mode when away and a custom mode when home (identical to armed but with no notifications).
the issue im having is the system is sending me alerts of movements when only my wife is home. i checked the settings and the app shows her phone as “in zone” but the system is still in away mode. what am i doing wrong????

just yesterday it also failed to recognize me arriving home, i had to change the mode off GF then back and it “caught up”. though i just keep it on my custom mode till i can figure this out.
