Alco Q Will Not Connect To Home Wifi

Camera will not connect to my home wifi. I am using an Apple Iphone 6 with ios 12.1.1 I have followed the instructions in the app, but it times out when it gets to tyhe sync section and goes from blue light to amber

Hold the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. Try the sync again. If no luck, try using a browser.
