Access older videos for Arlo Q

hi there

 

Can someone tell me how I can access older videos for august and early sept? I just signed up for 30 day save but it doesnt seem to make a difference in the library. I need from August 20th to Sept 3rd. Can someone please help me?

I cant find supports email address.

Ive attached screenshot of what Im seeing in the library.

Dear all

 

I cant seem to get the support page to load. I need to access last months videos and its only giving me sept right now. Ive signed up for the 30 day save but it doesnt show up augusts videos. 

Please can someone help?

Top left of your Library screen should be August and a left arrow to click back to last month.

OK that's not normal.

Try and reboot your base station and try again.

Im so sorry - I got the model name wrong - I have an Arlo Q

I dont have a base station to reboot - should I post this in the right place? again apologies

No problem. Then try and reboot the Q and see if that fixes things.

In your screen shot there were no videos for September either?

When was the last time you saw any recordings?

tried rebooting and nothing - I can now see some of august on my phone but all the videos are gone - nothing for days where I saw lots of videos recorded - its completely blank - last time I saw any videos was over 2 weeks ago because I've been home and havent had the camera switched on or looked at the app

If your filter isn't turned on, then your answer lies with Arlo Support.
