ARLOQ SETUP

I have followed the ARLO1Q setup instructions to a TEE -  I am unable to get it to connect even when I am right next to the router.  Can someone give me a int how to get this camera working?  I tried changing the password on my router to a simple alpha numeric password... still does not work.  Is there a technical document I can use to configure my router properly?  What ever setting is standing in my way it is not obvious.

The SSID may be the issue if the camera firmware is old and the SSID has non-alphanumeric characters. Utilizing the router's guest WiFi, if available, could be useful for initial setup.  Also, try resetting the camera using the reset button until the LED flashes amber.
