Arlo Q setup cant locate SSID. Where can we input this manually?

There isn't a place to manually enter the SSID. Best choices are to make sure the phone is on the same network frequency (2.4 or 5GHz) as what you want the Q to connect to or use a computer that's wired.
It's also possible that your network uses the same SSID for both bands and that's causing the problem. This has been reported recently and more folks seem to be having trouble with it.
