New arlo user - so if the motion happens to not catch someone at your front door for some reason, and that person breaks into your house - if I"m paying 10.00 a month to ARLO to record 24/7 - will there still be video of that person even though the motion didn't record anything to my library?

Are you referring to the CVR feature? If so, yes, even if no motion was detected, there will still be reviewable footage via the CVR feature.
