3rd ArloQ camera cannot be seen on wifes iPhone

Installed 2 ArloQ cameras and successfully granted my wife access for adding to her iPhone. Installed a 3rd camera and cannot get it to sync to her iPhone even though I granted her access and it states she accept. Cannot bring it up on her Arlo app.
