camera not detecting motion or sound

I am having issues with one of my 8 cameras , this one will not detect motion nor sound . I have done motion tests and it passes , however when not doing a test it picks up nothing at all other than live mode ? I have created my own rules for the camera and still doesnt detect anything . HELP!

Try and reset the Q camera....

If that doesn't work, use REMOVE DEVICE in settings and then bring it back as new
