arlo q plus - can i connect this via poe to an NVR which has poe i.e hikvision? will it work

will the poe work if i use the hikvision nvr (i should have one spare poe port) and was wondering if this could drive power to the arlo q plus and obviously configure a network

or do i need to be buy a generic poe switch?
