Stream works only from library in videos in the resolution it supposed to

So basically everything works, manual videos, snapshots and alerts. Stream works only from library in videos though in the resolution it is supposed to. If i download the actual snapshot, it shows the actual picture with proper resolution. This did noy manifest on computer, related to the mobile application only, which updated on 25.12.2019, and this manifested after it. Nothing too serious, but it is there!

Are you still experiencing this issue? Could you clarify on what you mean that the resolution is only working with the library video?
