One Camera Out Of Three Needs To Be Reset By Turning On & Off The Power Every Two Days

I have been having a problem with one camera out of three tha needs to be reset by turning on and off the power every two days.

 

Firmware is good. Ethernet cable is great. Reset device. Removed Device. Giving power by adapter or POE, has same result. I followed all of the troubleshooting but still have the same result.

 

Spent an hour on hold with support. First of all, it is hard to get the support number. Clicking the support tab gets into a circular loop. Then "Contact Support" still does not show the phone number right off.

 

The support people made me do all the steps that I have previously done. Then, guess what, it works again. Of course it works again. It always has. Now I need to call back again after it fails.

 

I should have sent this back to the seller within the thirty day window for a refund.

You may want to inform customer support that this issue is very persistent.

Got this back from netgear support after I responded to the initial service e mail that I sent.

I got this on Oct 18 2018 and it is now Oct 29 2018 and no response.
