Hi, I have seen that I can have 5 basic and 1 CVR active cameras in the application. I already have one camera which is set to CVR. I would like to buy another camera and another CVR plan for it. The limitation of numbers of active cameras in the application means that I cannot see both CVR cameras in my application??? Can you explain please.

I see - sorry. There's no limit as to how many cameras can be using CVR. Add as many as you like. As I recall, there's a possible discount for additional CVR cameras ( or maybe not).

As I understand it, you can have 5 cameras plus CVR on any of them on the free plan.  If you need 6 or more cameras, regardless of CVR, you either need to split them between two accounts or upgrade your plan.

Well, is not what is written in the application: “up to 6 cameras (5 Basic and 1 CVR) “, see the print screen attached.

Which is what I said - 5 cameras plus CVR, just as your screenshot shows. If you want to physically add a 6th camera, you need to do something about your plan. You can't simply get CVR - you have to add the camera to your account to then be able to add CVR.

Ok, then maybe I was’ t clear. I don’t want 6 cameras, just 2. But both of them on CVR.

Even if I change the plan is not written anywhere (in plans descriptions) that we can have 2 or more CVR actives.
